Trades and specialty services
Some work can't be priced from a listing. If you're in Home Repair, Home Inspection, Catering & Events, your profile shows “Estimate required” instead of a rate, and clients send you the job details so you can quote it properly.
Your monthly plan works the same as everyone else's — it's the way clients contact you that changes.
Common Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your business dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
How long does approval take?
New listings are reviewed within 1-3 business days. You'll get an email once your listing is live.
Is there a contract?
No. All three plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and returns your listing to Standard features.
What's the difference between Premium and Elite booking?
On Premium, a client's consultation request comes to LaPai and we pass it to you. On Elite, the client books straight into your calendar and it confirms automatically — nothing routes through us.
Why can't I see social links on some listings?
Social media links are a Premium and Elite feature. You can add Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube. Standard listings show phone, email, and website only.
